Led by Late Shri Komalanna Doddanavar and a group of other education enthusiasts who felt the need for an educational institution that would provide multi – disciplinary courses in this part of the state, the trust held ambitious plans rooted in hard work and dedication from its founder members. They worked voluntarily and the same is being followed even after six decades.
The Trust started out with just one school and today runs 21 educational institutions across 3 campuses in and around Belagavi. It includes the Polytechnic, Homeopathic Medical College, 7 schools (Kannada, Marathi and English), ITI, BBA, BCA, BA, BCom, BSc, MBA, MCom courses, pre-schools and a Ph. D. study center. It covers the whole gamut of education from KG to PG and beyond for the students of this region.
Its reputation has reached across the country and hence students from all over India and abroad choose Bharatesh for its quality education.The primary objective of the trust is to impart supreme quality education to the poor, needy and rural students in and around Belagavi. Several of Bharatesh institutions have been accredited including MBA, BCA, BHMC (NAAC), Homeopathic Hospital (NABH) and Polytechnic.

Besides rigorous Scholastic programmes, we seek to develop and nurture the different facts of a child. The school encourages all students to participate in a variety of co-curricular activities from dance, art and drama to a variety of sports to social work to environmental conservation activities and many more. It is important for a child to explore and find its strength in order to reach their true potential whether a child is an introvert or extrovert personality, the aim is to nurture the child into a self confident individual.
The students must be equipped with the skills required to face the challenges of future. They can do it easily if we can make the surrounding stimulating and purposeful. Therefore, here in Bharatesh School we are integrating information and communication technology into the classroom teaching and learning by equipping Tata Class Edge Smart Board in every class and NIIT Computer Education from L.Kg to X Std. we care child as it is cared in its home with a personal touch. Our school is one among 8,700 School across India, selected by Niti Ayog to have Atal Tinkering Lab in our School. It was started to nurture an innovative mindset amongst the School students.
The main aim of the school is not only to impart education, but also instill a spirit of love and service to work for all round development of the students, to train their intellectual, moral spiritual, emotional, physical, social and aesthetic values. The course of instruction includes all the subjects, required by the government for the standard of English Medium School in Karnataka State.
